What this site collects
The enquiry form collects your name, company, work email, region, the engagement type you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else on the site collects personal data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, who deliver them to us by email. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to manage the resulting engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where a contract follows, the performance of that contract.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after [24] months. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the period required by the contract and by applicable tax and company law.
Where it is processed
The practice is based in India and serves clients in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the country you are in. We keep access to enquiry data limited to the principals, use reputable providers, and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. No transmission over the internet is ever entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them. If we add analytics later, this notice and a cookie control will be updated first.
